Janice has been a Realtor for over 14 years working as a Listing and Selling Agent for existing homes as well as pre-sales, custom built homes and new home sales. She has worked in the Greystone community and the Highway 280 corridor exclusively and has Sold more homes in the Greystone area than any other Realtor in Birmingham. Sales for the past 14 years has continuously qualified Janice for the Club of Excellence and she receives the highest level of achievement from the Birmingham Board of Realtors annually.

Janice holds the CSP Designation, MIRM I, II, and IV certifications; is a Life Member of the Club of Excellence; a member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Birmingham Association of Realtors; and the National Association of Realtors.
